Educational Qualification:

  • Junior Operator Gr. I: Matric (Class X) with 2 (Two) years ITI in any of the following Trades: (1) Electronics Mechanic (2) Instrument Mechanic (3) Electrician (4) Machinist (5) Fitter
  • Junior Operator (Aviation) Gr. I: Higher Secondary (Class XII) with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate for General & OBC candidates and 40% in case of SC/ST candidates against reserved positions with valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License.
  • Junior Chargeman Gr. III: 3 years Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Civil / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics Engineering from recognized Institute / University with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate for General & OBC candidates & 45% in case of SC/ST candidates against the reserved position

Experience:

  • Junior Operator Gr. I: Minimum one-year post qualification work experience in the relevant filed (excluding training) in a factory/manufacturing organization. Apprentice training under Apprentice Act after two years regular course of ITI will be considered as experience subject to production of National Apprentice Certificate issued by National Council of Vocational Training.
  • Junior Operator (Aviation) Gr. I: Minimum one-year work experience in Heavy Vehicle driving (excluding training).
  • Junior Chargeman Gr. III: Minimum one-year post qualification work experience in the relevant field in line with the qualification (excluding training) in a factory/manufacturing organization. Apprentice training under the Apprentice Act 1961 after Diploma will be considered as experience subject to production of Apprenticeship Certificate issued by Ministry of HRD.


Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and Maximum age shall be 26 years for General category candidates.

Application Fee: General and OBC candidates are required to pay Rs.150/- (Rs. One hundred fifty only) as Application Fee plus additional Bank charges as applicable through the Payment Gateway / NEFT Online Transfer provided through the Portal ONLY. No other mode of receipt of payment shall be accepted.

Selection Process: The selection methodology will comprise of Written Test and Skill Proficiency Physical Test (SPPT) which will be of qualifying nature.

  • On-line registration of application commences from 20th January 2018 and closes on 10th February 2018 
  • Tentative Date of Written Test is 25th February 2018.
  • Tentative Date of uploading the result of shortlisted candidates for the written test is 10th March 2018
  • Tentative Date of uploading of Final Selection Result is 31st March 2018

Western Region
  • On-line registration of application commences from 22nd January 2018 and closes on 7th February 2018.
  • Tentative Date of Written Test is 25th February 2018.
  • Tentative Date of uploading the result of shortlisted candidates for the written test is 28th February 2018.
  • Tentative Date of uploading of Final Selection Result is 15th March 2018
